I am tempted to mark as a 1, but we have had a great experience with prior orders. This time, instead of the one piece Tencel pajamas with zippers, 2 of the pajamas were replaced with pajamas that have snap buttons instead. Our sons have eczema and not only can they reach in between the buttons to scratch at night, but they can snap the whole thing open.

It defies the purpose of why we purchased the pajamas. The 2 pajamas with the snap buttons are unusable.
